Architectural Committee

Stone Creek Farms review committee for homeowner designs consists of three Committee Members or homeowner volunteers  that review all Architectural Requests presented for modification.  We encourage all owners when making any type of modification to send in a completed form with all the times requested with it. That would include drawings,  markings on a plan in order to meet setback requirements  and listed materials to mention a few.   All the information the committee  needs is on the form. If the form does not have all the items, this can cause a delay in the actual turn around time to start you project as each time the form is sent in with a changes to review, the time starts over again for the committee to review. While the committee understands you are excited about the project, they want to be as thorough as possible in order to maintain harmony in the community and comply with the communities documents.
